To qualify for this ranking, all public universities and online colleges must be regionally accredited. They must also be publicly funded with at least 20 remote academic programs to offer. Additionally, each of the online colleges has a recognizable online degree program division. Finally, our ranking takes into account various data in areas such as:

You’ll find a wide variety of online education programs in this review. We are particularly interested in online colleges dedicated to expanding the accessibility of education.
